We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your PromGirl dress, so we offer a straightforward return process for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that certain items, including final sale gowns and intimate apparel, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Request a Return Authorization
Log into your PromGirl account and visit the 'Order History' section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 7 days of delivery.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your dress in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
